  • TERMS: This General Design Project Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the Acceptance Date between Ever After and (The “Client”):

    GENERAL AGREEMENT
    Ever After Designs will provide the services stated in the description above for Client in accordance
    with the terms and conditions stated in this estimate. By agreeing to this Agreement, Client acknowledges that they are purchasing the items in this proposal and have read and agree to the terms and conditions stated in this estimate.

    Design and Development Fee

    Client agrees to pay a nonrefundable design and development fee set forth in the attached estimated service cost (the “Deposit Required”). Payment may be accepted in two equal installments: (i) a non-refundable 50% “Deposit” due before Ever After Designs begins work on Client’s “Design Project”, and (ii) a non-refundable 50% “Final Payment” due upon Client’s acceptance of their final design or 30 business days after Client is presented with the proposed “Design Project”, whichever is sooner.

    Termination of Agreement

    If, for any reason, there is a termination of the Agreement after acceptance and before completion of the project, Ever After Designs shall receive payment for any hours spent working on the projects(s) beyond the initial non-refundable deposit.

    Confidentiality of Information

    Any reports, information, exhibits, data, documents or materials given to or prepared or assembled by the Consultant under this Agreement shall be confidential and shall not be made available to any third person or organization by the Consultant without prior written approval of the Client.
